Purpose ~

Beyond the gift and the call, the passion and the pulse of Pastor Hampton's heart is to minister to the lives of God's people.  In 1999 Pastor Hampton answered the call of God and took the assignment to preach the Gospel.  Having spent many years singing and ministering nationally, enjoying the success of two CD recordings and serving as minister of worship. In 2000 Pastor Hampton was licensed and ordained into preaching and pastoral ministry.

Professional ~

 

Pastor Hampton's creativity, leadership, team-building, coaching and mentoring expertise are demonstrated in the professional and corporate arena as well as in ministry.  Over the past 20 years God has gifted Pastor Hampton to give leadership that is strong, steady, and focused.  Her professional experience has been developed within organizations such as Ross/Abbott Laboratories, Columbia Gas of Ohio, and Columbus State Community College. Pastor Hampton is a graduate from the Ohio Christian University, where she earned a Bachelors of Administration degree in Organizational Leadership, and a Masters of Administration degree in Organizational Leadership.  She is also a proud member of the Pinnacle Honor Society. Pastor Hampton serves on several boards, including Mental Health of America.  In addition to pastoring, and working as the Founder and CEO of Fifth Gear Leadership Consulting, Inc.  Pastor Hampton is the Director of Operations at Laboratory Certification Services, Inc., and is blessed to serve in the Marketplace as well as in the Ministry. 

 

Personal ~

Pastor Hampton has been married to Mark Hampton for 35 years, they are the parents of two adult children, and four grandchildren.
